The proposals at 48 Coney Street redevelop the existing grade II listed building to provide a mixed-use development comprising Hard Rock Café at ground and basement level together with a circa 60 – 65 key aparthotel above. The rooms are a combination of studios and suites and will be operated by room2.

The scheme achieved planning and listed building consent in summer 2023. More details to follow.
